Not only is Dr. Puffer knowledgeable and so talented in his skills, he makes you feel like you are his favorite patient. His staff is so pleasant and professional. Always great music playing and staff seems like they really enjoy their job. A lot of smiles and laughter when I’m there. Normally can’t say it’s fun to go to the dentist, but it is!

My 6 year old and I go to see Dr. Puffer and I’ve got to say it has been the BEST EXPERIENCE by far. Every time my son needs dental treatment done he comes out with a big smile and says “I didn’t even get a shot.” (And he is SCARED of shots) That is how GENTLE Dr. Puffer is. We highly recommend him for ALL of your dental needs.

Great experience from the moment I walked into the office. Staff was caring and attentive to my concerns. Dr. Puffer and Michaela, assistant, made the procedure more than tolerable. No pain plus both are pretty humorous almost like a side show. By the way I was in for a root canal. Thanks again.

My visit was not a normal trip to the dentist. From spending years in an abusive relationship there was significant damage to my teeth, jawbone and face including a total of 5 fractures. Breaking free from that life and spending the last 4 years in shame and almost unbearable pain, I finally found the perfect place to get my smile back along with my self esteem and find new courage. Dr Steven Puffer is a phenomenal Dentist and incredible man who has treated me like a friend since the moment we met with me being in tears as he handed tissues while listening to my story. Everyone in this office is amazing and now they are all part of my family. This emotional and surgical healing has been the greatest experience of my life after kids and grands of course. I drive 3 hours one way just to come here and will recommend anyone to do the same. It will be the best dental decision of your life. I cannot express how much they all mean to me and the blessings they bring into all their patient's lives. Faith in humanly restored!!!
